Standard Slab & Footings Service
Our standard concrete slab and footings package includes:
- 100mm compacted hardcore
- Damp Proof Membrane (DPM)
- A252 reinforcement steel mesh
- 150mm concrete raft slab
- Specific footings tailored to your building design
- Full setup, shuttering, and hand float/trowel finish (Power float finish available at additional cost)
Ideal for garages, workshops, and light industrial units.
Note: Prices based on level, solid ground. T&Cs apply.
Thermally Insulated Slab & Footings
For buildings requiring enhanced energy performance, our insulated slab system includes:
- 100mm compacted hardcore
- Damp Proof Membrane (DPM)
- 100mm PIR rigid thermal insulation
- Second DPM layer
- A252 steel mesh reinforcement
- 150mm concrete slab and custom footings
- Full setup, shuttering, and hand float/trowel finish (Power float available as an upgrade)
Perfect for habitable spaces, offices, or temperature-sensitive environments.
Full Groundworks Package
Need more than just a slab? Our comprehensive groundworks service includes:
- Site clearance and muck away
- Excavation and levelling
- Drainage and mains service installation
- Surfacing, kerbing, and access roads
- Plant hire and certified operators
All works are based on a detailed site survey and geotechnical investigation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Power Float Finish – Smooth, Strong, and Durable
A powerfloat concrete finish creates a smooth, polished surface that’s ideal for:

It densifies the top layer of concrete, improving durability and surface regularity.
