What Our Warranty Covers

We provide a back-to-back warranty on all materials and components used in your building. Each element is covered by its own manufacturer’s guarantee, ensuring long-term performance and compliance with UK and EU standards.

In addition, we stock a full range of replacement components for wear-and-tear items, helping you minimise downtime and maintain your building’s integrity over time.

Cold-Formed Steel Frame Warranty

• Fabricated in the UK with fully CE marked components to BS EN 1090
• Compliant with Construction Products Regulation (CPR) since July 2014
• Designed and manufactured to Eurocode standards (BS EN 1991 / EC3 & EC9)
• Structural steelwork meets all legal and safety requirements for UK buildings

Single Skin Cladding Warranty

• Material warranties of up to 40 years, depending on location and finish
• Same high-grade steel as used in our composite roof and wall panels
• Warranty terms vary based on environmental exposure (e.g. coastal or industrial zones)
• Colour longevity depends on finish selection—lighter colours resist fading better in direct sunlight

CE marking is mandatory for all single skin steel cladding systems under harmonised European standards since July 1, 2013.

• Improper handling or misuse post-installation

Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act

All building work is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, depending on the date of service.

• Free rectification of faulty workmanship or defective goods
• Repair of any consequential damage caused by poor installation

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain your warranty coverage, we ask that you:

• Report any issues within the specified warranty period
