Self Build Kits (Simple/Effective/Rewarding)

The self-build design and consultation process works in exactly the same way as our turnkey construction service. Your building is designed to your exact requirements and delivered ready to build. Every building is delivered with a full Bill of Materials (BOM), detailing every last nut and bolt used in the build. The BOM is used to check off all components and identify each element.

Every building comes with detailed instructions from slab and footings dimensions through to the make up and erection of the frame and fitting the roof and wall cladding. Brackets and fixings are all detailed for ease-of-use. Roller doors, controls and both PA and Fire doors all come with clear instructions to make the erection process simple and straight forward. We will also provide list of recommended tools required for the build process.

Unlike other suppliers, Steel Build Masters (SBM) members of staff are all extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the erection of every type of building. There is always a friendly face at the end of the phone happy to guide you through the simplest or more detailed of tasks.
