How To Order - Step-by-Step Guide

Steel Build Masters design and build every building to order. The sizes and specifications on our website are for guide pricing only and every building can be full customised to meet the individual needs of our customers. We are very proud to be able to offer this exclusive service.

Ordering for yourself, a friend or family is as easy as 1-2-3. We ship all across the UK and we offer our specialist pre-construction and erection services nationwide.
Because every building is custom made to order we stage the payments and the process to offer you every opportunity to check your order and make any changes required. Every building can be custom designed to fit your space to the millimetre – please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to help.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal plus direct bank transfer to make sure all payments are processed safely and securely.
How to order:
Stage 1 - A 10% Deposit Payment
If the cart option is available – simply select the product you require and add to basket. This automatically will add a 10% deposit (of the building price) for payment with order to start the purchase process.
The 10% deposit covers the technical drawings.
Once received we will contact you direct to discuss your requirements and make sure that everything is exactly as you require. At this stage we draw up the technical drawings with exact measurements for all openings (Doors/Windows/Roller Shutters) for you to approve or make any changes accordingly before signing off. We will also confirm colour choice and material choice at this stage.
SELECT YOUR CHOICE OF SPECIALIST SERVICES
This initial stage is where you can discuss the full requirements and services you require. We can supply all building for self-build or we can provide a full selection of pre-construction services (Site Survey / Planning / Building Control) as well as a specialist construction service (Groundworks / Frame Erection / Cladding / Roofing / Windows / Doors / Roller Shutters).
We are happy to discuss your project as a full turnkey project to include everything you need and equally happy to provide you with all the help and advice you need for a self-build or assisted-build service.
PLEASE NOTE: All construction services are invoiced separately and all payments details explained at point of order. Typically, all services are split the same as the building design and materials with a 10% Booking Deposit, 50% Confirmation Deposit with order to secure the service and dates and the balance 40% payment payable on completion.
Stage 2 – 50% Confirmation Payment
Once we have discussed your project and building and finalised the details, we provide a detailed order acknowledgement that clearly describes the building specifications and lists everything included. This Bill of Materials (BOM) is extremely detailed and lists every single component as a checklist for all deliveries.
We will ask you to check everything in detail, sign and return a copy of the order acknowledgement along with a 50% payment to confirm your order.
PLEASE NOTE: This 50% Confirmation Payment is also non-refundable. Once received we place all materials on order which are all custom fabricated to order and once ordered cannot be changed. This is why we have such a thorough initial stage to ensure that you happy and have fully checked all details before proceeding.
The Stage 2 Payment can be paid by Debit or Credit card or via Bank Transfer (all details are provided on your Stage 2 invoice)
Stage 3 – 40% Balance Payment
Every building is custom fabricated to the exact dimensions required. This includes the Windows, Doors and Roller Shutters. Each element has a different lead time which we advise at point of order and confirm as we receive delivery dates.
During this time you have ample time to arrange the groundworks for your building and to check and make sure adequate access and unloading for deliveries is available.
We ask for the final balance payment of your new building 7 days before the confirmed delivery date.
The Stage 3 final 40% Balance Payment can be paid by Debit or Credit card or via Bank Transfer.
PLEASE NOTE: Buildings will not dispatch until final payment has been cleared.
ALL DELIVERIES ARE INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE - All deliveries are included at no extra cost. Where multiple deliveries are required these too are all FREE OF CHARGE with no hidden extras.
