It is amazing how aerial photographs can literally change the way you view a property, the land, the plot, the location, the position, everything becomes visually impressive. A lot of customers don’t realise the full potential of their land and what can be achieved to maximise the space and their return on investment. We look at the bigger picture and provide expert help and advice with each project to include the placement of buildings, access and facilities.

Customers often approach us to quote a building already drawn up by their local architect and ready to submit for planning. We appreciate this type of approach but quite often find that the architect does not have any previous experience in the design and engineering of steel frame buildings (especially cold formed galvanised steel frames), and they do not know the capabilities and parameters from which to work from.

We always take a step back to learn as much as possible from the outset to then provide a more detailed quote and building design paying much more attention to the customer requirements and the location of the building. If we feel there are better or more cost-effective options available, we will discuss these in advance and run through the pros and cons to ensure the customer is fully aware of all their options and where several options are available, would itemise everything clearly so that the customer can make an informed decision.
